I've inherated the actual gene... one of few actually in my family to have true fangs. My gf likes'em, and has even told me she doesnt mind biting, though im holding off. partially due to the fact that i dont want to hurt her, and that i want to wait till she's a bit older, she also has it in her family history, though she is oblivious to it, and i havent mentioned it yet to her.

I try to be quiet about it, but my brother was born into it, and is a huge skeptic and says its all BS, and since i follow along with it, i get endless harassment from his friends, wich has often ended in physical confrontations, the first time was when i was 12 and someone pulled a knife on me and actually cut up my forearm saying that he didnt like 'posessed kids' and that i needed to die.

Gets old after awhile, and this said it was a support thread for people like me, though im yet to really get that far i suppose.

Well for starters. Mii is NOT a fake, and that is for sure. She probably said what she said because she was in a bad mood or something, I dunno. All I know is that she is not a fake. And I'm leaving it at that.

Also.. This IS a support thread, but you have to admit, you came in here saying people were being false and we do not take kindly to that one bit. Hence, all of this nonsense arguing. >.<

Actually, it's because what was posted looked like a bunch of OSV garbage.

Ahhh, See, I just scanned the pages a bit, because there was so much text and it was almost brain rattling. Thank you for updating me. =)

@Tobias: Well to be frank, you're not the first one to mention all that jazz about the psyvamps NOT being a part of us, and you probably will not be the last.

Honestly, this has been going on for the past.. I dunno.. 3-4 pages? I think it is about time to put this whole thing to a rest and just get a little more on topic. Because arguing who is and isn't right isn't really much of being on-topic... Agreed?

I maybe misinformed, though it doesnt help that everyone is overly offensive and attacking me, rather then trying to bring relevant, intelligent and non discrediting facts to the table.

It's all falsified he said/she said, discrediting insults, and people trying to turn me into a bad guy.

I came here as said prior, to meet other people who are in the same situation as me, being born into the same culture i have been, but yet i simply get attacked on every other peice of the post. So its either a support form, or just a trap for those looking for support, inform me then? dont insult me?

No one is trying to make you look like a bad guy either.
Sounds me to that you have been misinformed some where along the way, and as Zimmer said, those of us who claim ourselves, also admit we were born into it, just as you do.

Now.. lets DROP the "I'm being attacked" nonsense and get onto this topic a little more clearly.

I think it is best we all start off fresh and try to work it out from there.

Well, maybe if you first post didn't sound like propaganda from OSV and you didn't insult most of the members of this thread, we would be on different ground. You've yet to bring anything to the table yourself in regards to why your vampirism is correct and others are not. Saying you were brought up in a family doesn't make any of us less valid because we were not. Saying that you were taught something, but haven't experienced it, makes those of us who do these things fakes, doesn't make you shine any brighter either.

As you can see, most of this hostility comes from your own postings. It's not the first time someone has come in here claiming one side or the other is nothing but fakes or not real vampires. We have never taken kindly to that, ever.

It's a little hard for us to move on from that, because this is our lives you are making assumptions on.

This is a support thread, but if you want support, it might be a good idea not to call the regulars fakes or saying they are suffering from a disease, before you even know anything about them or who they are.

Who have i said was a fake? aside from the person who gave me a troll-like response

(so this is not taken out of context as many of my words have been, Troll like, is like a troll, i am in no way calling this person a troll, as was said before she might have just been in a bad mood)

And how should you have any credibility when most of what you say i said, Was not actually said by me?

(yes, im saying you were one of the people insulting me, trying to discredit me, and overall troll me while i was here trying to find people like me, when some of the people here have agreed with me on some of the subjects i brought up.)

And i simply said to one person who posted, that they may want to see a doctor for some of the symptoms they were having, as it may or may not be related to vamperism but a disease that can be very deadly, sorry for looking out for the well being of the people who post here.

I know what im told, enlighten me on the other things? like how they mentioned it was common in their family? or that they have other vamperic traits? No, they simply said they had a line of symptoms, one that fit a deadly disease.

Get facts, or dont even try to claim you're intelligently debating with me.

Hmm I'm glad to see a thread about vampire's that is actually logical, and not the uninformed BS seen from most people...

Just for the record I am not trying to flame, be rude, or troll.

I am a tad bit skeptical of the psivamp's. But i do somewhat believe in them. But I have yet to see real proof of psi vampire's. I mean how can people be sure their brain's aren't playing trick's on them. If someone really believes in something, their brain's WILL believe it.

As for timeless vampire's... like "Dracula", they're not real. If you do a bit of research(not wiki or google -_- wink , then you'll see Vampire's were the corpses and spirit's of already deceased people, who terrorized the living. The "timeless" vampire's, who I'm guessing are supposed to be be similar to the fictional character "Dracula", are fiction and superstition stacked with movie myth's. Now if there were real tangible proof that they existed, and were not based off of am fictional novel, and a few 1920's movie's, then I would, obviously, be convinced that they do exist, or that there is a possibility that they exist.

But is their any tangible proof of psivamp's?

Psivamps exist, with the definition she has given, HOWEVER.

No. That's kind of, well, dumb.
The term 'sympath' would make more logical sense towards the pyche-side to this whole definition.
Where you are aware of people's energies and emotions, and, in a way, 'feed' on them, and feel exactly what they're feeling.
It's not so much so of you wanting to do this, either.
It just, well, happens.
Sometimes, when it happens, you don't even know who's energies you've picked up, and, it can kind of suck sometimes.
I could get far more in-depth with this, but I'm choosing not to.

Well seeing as I am not much for doing astral things, I am honestly not too sure, but I HAVE heard of such things as Phantom limbs being associated with it. Now whether it be true or not, I really don't know on that one either.
