Thanx for the answers :] but still slightly curious about the more carnivorous ones in here, how exactly do you guys get your blood supplies? ^-^ since you can't really bite just anyone on the street like in the movies.

Every method we use is completely controled, we take only from consenting donors. We're not ones to "prey" on people really. So basically we get our blood from donors. And only people who say we can. Most of us either use razor blades or sterilized needles. So there.

Yes but she's experimenting with some things. She thinks she might be starting to show some vampiric symptoms so she's trying to do some "self-exploration" to see whether it's true or not, and I'm just trying to help her along the way since she knows about me and knows 2 other vampires too so yea...

But still, it does not make it wise.

She says it tasted horrible and didn't even really taste like blood but says the vampires there use it as a blood substitute. Anyone have any idea what this "blood substitute" might be? It sounds rather interesting, but she said it burned her throat and it still burns now.

Any ideas what it might be..?


Are they deer blood pills? They are terrible.

And I'm guessing by your statement, you've tried them?

I have no idea. She just told me it tasted horrible and her throat burned for quite a while after taking it. That might've been it though. I wouldn't know, as far as I've known there's never been a such thing as blood of any kind in a pill form.


I'm not aware of anything other then Deer blood, and like I said, they are terrible. But I don't believe it would burn her throat.

We seek out donors in many different ways, or we go to the butcher and sometimes grocery store, and purchase animal blood.

I'm doing well. Currently lurking in booty grab threads to build up my Gaia gold total. I've actually decided to get my rear in gear and complete some of the quests I've been meaning to do for a looong time....*points to link in siggie* Yes I actually have a quest thread, first time in three years.
