The way I undestand it, from a few psi only feeders I know, is the worst that can happen is up to death. Although that is rare, and comes from deep core feeding which is pretty much a nono and violation within the vampire community.

I was at a forum once, or a chat, I can't remember which, where some psi's got really pissed off because they weren't taken as seriously as the sangs. That is where that information came from.

Yeah, unfortunately there are people who take it a bit too far. It IS possible to drain someone enough to the point of sickness and death. It is just not common unless you are strong enough (or have an agenda to really hurt the person), and possibly have the help of others.

I know I've read about something called "cells" where a group of psi vamps would go out, and bring one or two people to a house, where they all take turns feeding on the person, and inevitably having them pass out. In these cases this is NOT the way it should be done. As the person usually does not sign up for that. No one wants to be drained lifeless.

I was only commenting that that "Temple of the Vampire" thing sounds ridiculous. Not vampirism as a whole.
