Well honestly the main way is by the marketplace but those prices are inflated to a ridiculous amount. Some of the more common items can be found in the Alchemy shop. Sometimes you'll get a rare or common component from the daily chance or from dumpster diving. But like I said, the main and quicket way is the marketplace. You just need to have the gold to be able to do it.
