Trading Pass Disabled for no reason!!!

Ok well, one day I go to sell an item in the MP and it says I can't because my trading pass was disabled... I checked my PM's and there was no notification or warning. I went to my email and there was nothing there either!
Why is this so?

Often it seems that moderators don't notify users of a pass being disabled. Passes are normally disabled because the account is undergoing investigation for a ToS violation (specifically hacking/botting normally, or receiving a hacked/botted item). The investigation usually is to just verify that the user only received something without knowing it was hacked/botted, and that they had nothing else to do with the violation (this is just speculation).

You can PM a mod to ask about the disabling, but most times they can't release much information other than the account is being investigated. Passes should be re-enabled when they are done.

hey guys i also have the problem with trading and marketplace and ive looked on the internet for help but there not useful are they...?? so.... really there isnt anything we can do to help bring our trading and selling or buying at market place. sad emo crying redface talk2hand sweatdrop

It's torture, especially when you want to give someone a gift or see a really good trade offer. I want my pass back! ; ;
