http://www.dvdheaven.com is a good site to preorder newer k-pop cds and goods. only con is that shipping is rather pricey as it's coming straight from south korea.
http://www.music-plaza.com offers various k-pop cds, some old, some new. tends to get newer cds a bit later. they're based in los angeles so shipping (for americans) is really cheap.
http://www.otokichi.com/main/newotokichien/engtop.htm is an excellent place to find used j-pop cds. especially good if you're trying to find something older/rarer and cdjapan doesn't have it.
