Hamill was my favorite Joker for a LONG time. But Ledger I feel is the superior clown prince of crime.

Poison Ivy (it's not her appearance but she has countlessly seduced Bruce in how many forms? Breaking into his house, etc. You'd think she wouldn't find out identities by now? I guess not.)

1. The Joker, especially the one from the 1990's cartoon series. So far I have yet to see a poor portrayal of the Joker from any of the TV series or the movies.

The Worst:
The Bookworm, Louie the Lilac, King Tut, Eggman
