Advice:I really love the header graphic, nicely made, as is most of your art ;] Nice cool colors, and warm colors mixing, makes a really cool feeling, that I for one enjoy looking at.
The comments are giving me mixed feelings, the red is a real light shade of red and is very vibrant on the white background.perhaps if you made it more of a paint streak and less boxy, it would flow more with the profile?

Then the background of course is white.Which I also have mixed feelings about, on one hand white often leaves the profile to feel unfinished, but on the other hand, any colors mixed into this might diminish the beauty of the header image.

If anything I would just change the comments

Advice:I love the whole sketchy painty lookalike theme, and its very colourful too making it fun to look at. Its the first profile I've seen where the comments backround fades at the top so points for originality there.
In terms of text I think you should have put yout "best viewed in firefox..." and "Gurren Lagaan" in the same style as the rest of the writing, and that mark at the foot of the character looks out of place also.

You may also want to move your about section up a little as there is a decent gap between viral and the red line, but those are the only problems and they barely bring down the profile at all.
Overall I think you did a great job and am loving the originality in this piece =P

loving how its so centered around an art piece. ahhhh,
if only other people would do that. I'd say, if you can't
do the Gurren Lagann in the same painty-style, put it
in some kind of pixelated font 'cause it's better to go
with the exact opposite of one font than something that's
kind of but not really close. (maybe the same font as
the "best viewed in..." 'cause 1 base font looks better
than two.) & with the comment section, it seems a
little too long, maybe cut it off with an overflow:hidden;?
&& maybe even delete the background image of the
comments 'cause it kind of causes too much noise and
a messy feel to that side.

other than that, it's pretty damn amazing.

That's a gorgeous profile you got yourself right there! It's colourful, and fits together perfectly.
To get it to a ten, I would suggest you change the "Gurren Lagann" font to something better, and somehowmake the comment pattern seem less square.

It might be my resolution size, but it just seems really empty overall. Most of the profile (like 70% of it) is just white space.

If I were rating the art my number rate would probably be higher, but this is what I'd give for the profile composition itself (including the art, but not a flat rate of the art since it includes everything else (especially white space D: )).
