My friends dad was a doctor back in the day (My friend is 50, lol... she's a family friend) and she told me that birth control was used to help with getting pregnant. When people took it for too long, it stopped releasing eggs. Crazy, eh?

Lukas tried to come at around 33 weeks. Turns out I was actually 36 weeks! Lukas was born at 40 and a half weeks, turns out he was around 43. So my "complications" weren't really complicating at all! Sucks that they stopped Labour, eh? haha.

Nope, I'm O+. They tested me for the negative thing (I want to say it's Rh- or something? Can't remember what they called it, it's been so long), but I was actually fine on that account. xD

I wish I could blame my egg issue on the birth control, but I've always been like that. It doesn't seem to be a genetic thing though, as everyone else in my family can have kids whenever. I'm the only one different. And the only person to have any complications was my mother - she had a stillborn after me. But she didn't exactly take care of herself during pregnancy, either.


But oh wow. :O 43 weeks, sheesh. xD That's eternity in pregnancy-time.

It's true...and it keeps getting better. Just when I think, "Oh what have I gotten myself into..." Ky finds a way to remind me of all the good stuff. She's a total brat sometimes, but oh, the sweet things she does.

Did you ever get fetal hiccups with Lukas? I had them every. single. day. with Ky. Drove me crazy, but it was kinda cute too. She had hiccups every day after she was born too, until about a year/year and a half.

Oh yes! Hiccups! How annoying. haha. He got them so bad sometimes. But he doesn't have them very much now, maybe every once in awhile. It's funny. He'll hiccup then go "gaaaaahhhh" as if it's annoying him lol.

You should see my refrigerator. It's insane. Stacks of paper all around. You could wallpaper a mansion with it all.

It's funny with the hiccups. I think Ky just got used to them, because she hardly notices when she has them now. xD

The baby hiccuped CONSTANTLY when I was pregnant. xd It was funny because you could always feel it in my left hip. One day I'd like to get "hic hic hic" tattooed on that hip in tiny little letters. heart
