The following list isn't all-inclusive, but it's some of the ones that I thought you might like to hear about.

Customer Service

BONUS: Our customer service response times are now MUCH faster than just 6 months ago (the admins/mods really kicked some serious butt!). For example:
- General Inquiries email response time is now around 5 days (was 93 days 6 months ago)
- Hacking reports response time is now around 14 days (was over 180 days) and will continue getting better
- Scamming reports response time is now around 3 days (was 100+ days)

I suppose that this means that people whose accounts were hacked in the past year or so will be getting those accounts back (as well as the items stolen from them) sometime before the turn of the century?

seriously, i sent like 10 messages during the last year because of a hacked and BANNED account and not ONE message was responded back AND it caused some of my other accounts to get banned because something about having too many accounts... seriously, its a free game (mostly) and u ban people for using more than one account... come on, be reasonable.

my account that was hacked and banned was X-Kairu.
you cant see what he has anymore cuz the hacker took all my stuff, and deleted my avi and he got the account banned

Also, there are still mess-ups with many things... All you guys are basically doing is making it so we get to the mess-ups faster... I rather play a slow website with working items, than a fast website that leads to mess-ups...

Let me list at least two of many:

After playing pinball, I get KICKED out because of my "connection lost" when I'm in the high millions and I don't get my rewards for trying to come back in the game. You should at least put something in pinball where you can save your game, like you can save your puzzle in jigsaw, at LEAST.

In the gaia towns, you can't get gold from trees and rocks anymore. So clicking on them is useless. All you see is when you click on the rock, it moves... When you click on trees, leaves fall out...


These are what people ACTUALLY want to be fixed. It's nice to have a fast running website, it just needs to be maintenanced well. Please, look into these problems and some of the others.

I'm sorry to something again, but I kind of need to on this...

Well, something happened today, in the gaia marketplace. I've noticed that when someone puts some things up, sometimes it justs comes off, not being sold and not being canceled... It just dissapears. It doesn't show up when you search for it and it doesn't show up on the person's Store. That's what happened to me. And I'm 100% positive it's NOT in my inventory, it's NOT in my store and its NOT in the marketplace. But when I look at my Store Log, it says it wasn't sold and it wasn't canceled... It just dissapeared... It was a Ghost Cape that I was selling for 17,950 GOLD... It just dissapeared, gone into the abyss or something... It doesn't show up anywhere...

Well, I really needed to say that... I'm off to go messing around gaia.

and where did my furniture go?! I see it in my profile but not in my house inventory.

and can you please fix the inventory problem where you cant organize your inventory! I want things organized and that the items stay in the place I want them.

Ok I don't know what you did ever since this update I can't play any games on gaia with IE anyone because it keeps telling to install flash when I already have it installed and it was working fine before untill this update.. and it works fine with Netscape,firefox >_>
