^ Off the top of my head, the only band I can think of that regularly made both Japanese and English versions of their songs is Shonen Knife. They're kind of old, and had pretty heavy accents when they sing in English. Yuna Ito had a song called "Mahaloha" which was part English and part Japanese. She apparently re-recorded one of her songs in English under the name Christine Ito.

2. Type of music/Genre: iTunes classifies it as "pop", but it's really more techno/electronic sounding.
3. Summary of the band: Origa is one artist; she provides the vocals. She's Russian, and her songs are a mixture of Russian, English and sometimes Japanese or Latin. She has a fan base in Japan from a few years back.
4. Recommended songs: Inner Universe, which was created specifically for the anime Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex (which was how I found her). It captures her musical style very well. Her CD "Era of Queens" is pretty amazing too.

1. Artist/Group Name: Aicle.
2. Type of music/Genre: Japanese rock
3. Summary of the band: They're a visual-kei band consisting of 4 members:
Emiru - Vocal
Leon - Drums
Saran - Bass
Rubi - Guitar
Their other guitarist, Keita, quit on May 5th this year.
Aicle.'s new single, Chikyugi., is coming out August 5th (PV preview)~
4. Recommended songs: Choco Sand Biscuit Cream: The guitar part in this sounds amazing [especially the solo, it's really good eek <3] It's a very cool song I think most jrock fans would like.
Neko no Kiza Mairi: The tempo changes in this are pretty nice, I think Emiru's voice sounds the best in this song. ^^
Shidoro Modoro: My favorite from them, all of their parts sound just incredibly awesome.
Shinzou.: Their last PV before Keita left ;_;, not only do all of them look adorable, it's one of their faster songs. >w<

Rai (礼) – guitar
Tetsu (哲) – guitar
Shou (匠) – drums Former:Jun (准) – bass guitar
Visual Kei,Yuuki suddenly went ill in around in 2008 and in april they said that yuuki had lung disease and is fighting against it so UnsraW was going to pause activity untill yuuki recovers in jun 09 Unsraw had Announced that yuuki had made a full recovery and UnsraW is back Jun had a hand injury due to that jun had withdrawn from the band
4. Recommended songs: Sakura no namida and Maria i just the way it sounds and the lyrics are great ^^
