Welcome to Gaia! ::

1. Super Junior ( group name )
2.Korean pop or Korean R/B and hip pop and bubble gum pop
3... The name's are kinda hard... okay... from oldest to youngest... I'll just give the names and come of the roles
Lee Teuk (group leader)
Hee Chul, Han kyung, Yeh Sung, Kangin, Shin Dong, Sung Min, Eunhyuk, Dong Hae, Si won, Ryeowook, Ki bum, and Kyu Hyun.
4. "Super Junior U" I remond this song because it's Super Junior's hit song and apparently in Youtube it reached over 2000 votes and is voted 4 1/2 Stars (i'm pretty shure that's what it was rated).
1. Se7en or nickname Se7en-Eleven
2. K-pop, J-pop and i think he already debuted in America and is gonna sing English songs
3. Se7en, i'm shure his role was beat boxing, obviously lead singer, and everything else... since he's a one man team..

1. Trax (Typhoon of the Rose Attack on X-mas)
2. They're a Korean hard rock band with some rap. Some of their songs are in Japanese. They're a nice blend of rap, rock and vocals.
3 I don't remember the band's actual names, but the lead singer is Typhoon, the drummer (and I think he does some rapping/singing) is Rose, Attack and X-mas are guitarists, but I can't remember who is bass and who's not. I think the band has split (Rose left), and they don't have much music, but what they do is really good.
4. Recommended songs: "Vampire"(Japanese), "Over the Rainbow" (Korean. Both Piano version and Rock version are good). "Scorpio", "Rhapsody" and "Paradox"

If you like DBSK, they did part of "Triangle" and (I think) "Free Your Mind."

And..

1. Vic Zhou Yu Min (forgive my spelling)
2. He doesn't do any rapping, and it's not rock, so I suppose it'd be called either soft rock or pop...?
3. He's a Taiwanese actor and singer. He's one of the F4, if you a Meteor Garden/Hana Yori Dango/Boys over Flowers fan (I am!!). He plays Huazue Lei/Hanazawa Rui. He also plays the Rei (I can't remember the Taiwanese version's name, sorry) in "MARS". He also played in Silence, but I didn't watch that drama yet... I don't know much about his singing carer, sorry.
4. Recommended songs: "Mars Theme" (I don't know it's actual name, but I found it by searching by that title) and "Make a Wish"
Does anyone know the song Sayaendo by NEWS? Well, here's a Youtube video of the song, if you don't know.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3pAftSXLtA4

Does anyone know if this is Jpop or Jrock? And what other Japanese bands or artists have this kind of unique style? I want more songs like this. Sadly, other NEWS songs are more mellow or poppy.

1. GHOST

2. Japanese rock

3. GHOST is a relatively new visual kei band. They formed in 2004. The lineup is:
Kousei-vocals
Hisui-guitar
Kisara-drums
Zero-bass
Yura-guitar
They've already begun to charm many people with thier beautifully dark style of metal. Since they're so new and still a little unknown, I haven't been able to find too much info about them...Kousei's recently become a daddy though! ^^

4. Recommended Songs:

Mirror- The first GHOST song I ever listened to and the one that got me hooked! It's not super super heavy, but it's still not one that you'll want to listen to at a high volume. (Unless you like that, as I do). You get a nice taste of Kousei's scream/grunt (not sure exactly what to call it sweatdrop ) skills in this one. It's a good GHOST song to start out with, I think.

Itoteki na Mikansei- Heavier than Mirror, definitely. It's about 2 minutes into the song that Kousei starts singing, and even then it's only for a brief time during the song that he sings. Just listening to the band playing is very satisying though. Thier instrumental skills are really able to show through in this one. (More screaming at the end ^^)

Saisei wa boku no knife de (I think that's really the title :s)- It's a little more mello paced than the first two. If you didn't fall for the first two, I think you'll definitely like this one. It'll probably get stuck in your head, at least, especially those lines Kousei chants in the beginning and at the very end. Actually made me want to start belly dancing...

For Dear- Sounds a little more fast paced, but somehow, to me, I think it also manages to sound slower too. I think it might be one of thier more well-known songs. I think it sounds a little more poppy and fun than the others.

To listen to these songs you can go to this myspace fanpage: http://www.myspace.com/ghostfandom It's pretty difficult to find thier songs to download ( I haven't got any yet), since they aren't super famous yet.

Ok, three more ^__^

Jack the Ripper- This song has a really nice, smooth sound I think. I always kinda sway when I listen to it. The myspace page kinda cuts it off I think, but it's close to the end (and unfortunately right in the middle of an awesome guitar solo >.< wink , but you get the feel for it.

Like Sweet Vanilla- This song is more fun and upbeat compared to the others. The beat of this one might also get stuck in your head, and you might start dancing a little to it without even noticing ^^.

Psycho Escape- Another heavy one. Pretty fast paced too. Gives you another sampling of Kousei's scream/grunt thingy. I like how they incorporated other kind of distorted sounds into it.

You can find these on this fanpage: http://www.myspace.com/ghostfans

This is a really amazing band, I can tell because it's very, very rare that'll fall in love with a band and so many of thier songs so quickly. They're definitely worth checking out. I have a very good feeling that they're gonna become really big someday soon.

1.ORESKABAND
2. I guess ska... they use a huge variety of instruments; (Trumpet, bass, drums, ect.) and have a really unique souns.
3. They are an all female band, and are what... 15-17 I think? I'm not sure about ages xD Ikasu is Guitar and Vocals, Tomi is Bass and Vocals, Tae-san is Drums, Saki is Trumpet, Moriko is Sax, and LEADER is trombone. They were signed by SonyMusic, and tour with some anime conventions. Their song 'YEAH !' was used for a pocky commercial.
4. Almond, because its very catchy and I always have it suck in my head. I cant really describe their music well... their to diverse and good. However, I can also reccomend their songs Pantime, Shonen S, Knife to Fork, PINNOCHIO, and Shall we Dance?.
1. Sachi Tainaka

2. Mostly Slow Pop

3. Sachi-san's pretty new.. She's also known for her songs in the anime Fate/Stay Night. She mostly sings ballads. But she also sings upbeat songs.
Aside from that, she can sing really high notes (better than Mariah Carey. XDD ).

4. Recommended Songs:

Disillusion: I don't really know how to describe the song, but it's somehow like a "I have power!" kind of song.

Kimi to no Ashita: This was the song I was listening to the whole time I was thankful of something. So somehow, the music fits for thankful moments. But it some parts, it reminds me of the 90's. XDD

Saikou no Kataomoi: In this song, there were parts of her singing a really pitched note. A really, really nice ballad.

Soredemo: Yet another nice song. It's also like Kimi to no Ashita. <3

Aitayo: This song is a wonderful ballad. She said that she wrote this song when she had to leave someone she loved during the summer.

---

I hope you get to like her. But then I just noticed that the only songs she sang in Limewire are the only ones from animes.
Luckily, I found one all her songs from her lastest (and first) album "Dear..." in a J-Pop forum. So, just PM me if you want me to send you the album.
