There is no new member in Bag Bang. During a preview and documentary of them coming out as a group, there were 6. It showed what they were gonna contribute into the group, and 4 of the guys wanted to sing. I think YG thought 6 members was a crowd and having 4 singers was too much, so So-1 got cut out of being in the group.
