Okay why are all but the blue node videos unavailable for most countries that are not in the US? Right now I can't do any of the cash tree offers. Only blue node used to work. I hate this US only discrimination gaia is pulling off lately. Items for us people only, adds are for the us customers only... So what of the other users? Or is gaia trying to become a US only site?

As mentioned before and as you now know, blue noodle is no longer available to anyone on gaia. Gaiaonline is based in San Jose, CA, USA. They can not offer a service that won't work with the US... because their only headquarters are IN the US. They can't offer a service that refuses to work with them.

Me neither.. and i'm in the state. :l I often get error messages yelling at me telling me i can't do that. Just because you're not in the states doesn't mean the people in the states don't get those messages...

Using the word 'discrimination' is why people are bringing up discrimination. You brought it up. Gaia is NOT discrimination against anyone. The FMA sponsorship, for example, was called discrimination... it's not. Nor is the issues with the sponsors. There's only so much Gaia can do regarding trading laws and going around the laws in other countries. They would rather play it safe and do further research rather than make a HUGE mistake and be forced to shut down the website... so I support them taking their time to release things. Any item that is 'US ONLY' can be bought from the MP.

Gaia will never be a US only site. YOU might feel like they're trying to be one, but you can still log on, trade, buy in the MP, and do everything other users can do. You might be limited in some area's... but that's hardly Gaia's fault.


If you have a problem with people picking holes in your feedback / opinions with their own, you should try to word it better next time. c: SO perhaps we can understand what you're trying to say better and people don't pick out certain words or phrases you may have used.

I'm in the US, and I often get the "not available in your country" message, too. It just means they currently have no videos available period. I see that message on the Super Rewards offer page almost daily.

As for the other two messages, it means they have reached the maximum amount of offers that they can pay out for the day. There isn't an unlimited number to show/watch. For example, if they start with 10,000 views available and by 2pm all 10k views have been used up, you'll see the "offer limit reached" message. It doesn't mean that YOU reached your daily limit, but that the advertiser reached their limit on payouts.

I'm a bit irked at myself for not getting online in time today to watch my 10 Blue Noodle videos before they were yanked, but I'll get over it.

sorry if you felt the above post was towards you, that guy just keeps nipping at me bout some hatred s**t and I don't hate any one I was just trying to point out the guys gaia works with don't do a world coverage so they can do something bout it while they can take steps about it while getting the new partner offers. 1. I used Blue noodle as an example as the only place that actually was the only place that worked for me. Ever. I KNOW and UNDERSTAND that it was removed it was used and an EXAMPLE again.
2. I didn't know that until a few people where kind enough not to grasp to the one word I used and actually said that so now I know.
3. I used many other words, why are 90% of the replies here based on that one word bringing the topic totally off of topic, aka trolling the thread.
4. that was a mere question no need to bite peoples heads off on the matter again and it was used more to bring attention on the fact that the offers are country limited so gaia could use the opportunity to look in to that and have a wider variety of offers.
5. Yeah I'll have to be sure of that because as I noticed here just now most of the replies where totally unrelated based on one single word. I've never had that issue on gaia before but I'll keep it in mind in the future.

Your posts make you seem to be an overly butthurt person who believe they're being discriminated against and as several of have said before you're not being discriminated against. Do I have to place the words you're not being discriminated against in caps/italic for you to understand that?

Where exactly am I hating? I disagreed with you and pointed out why and where I disagreed with you.

Actually you did say you were better then everyone else because you're a developer, you wouldn't have brought it up if you weren't trying to seem that way.

Then is was a very bad example... When I did offers, Blue Noodle was also the only place to really work for me... but i just gave up on them because it never worked right =__=;;;

Honestly, you really just shouldn't have used it. It's getting old that people are attacking Gaia for discrimination and coming off as ignorant. Not to say you are, i mean, but it's been happening a lot recently and people are really getting tired of it.

I wouldn't say anyone here is trolling the thread. Perhaps misunderstanding what you were trying to get at, but your example was probably not the best one to go with. And that was because most people read the opening post and then reply. I read through the thread... and honestly... i decided to reply to the first one rather than a few of the other ones..

And, again, it's really not Gaia's fault that they have things limited by country. Use their cash cards, as an example. It took them forever to get them outside the US and they worked their asses off to do it. Just because nothing has happened yet on the offers, does not mean they're not working on it and trying to get them to other countries.

Recently, there have been a lot of people screaming at gaia for 'discrimination' without thinking it through. So some users may jump on that 'this is just getting annoying' mind frame. Because honestly.. it kind of is.

Considering YOU didn't specify it was that site until recently, people were unaware. It's still not discrimination.

I read your whole post. Would you rather be split your post up into sentences so that you'll know I'm not only reading specific words? I can do that. You won't like it, trust me.

You're using the concept of being a developer to make yourself seem more knowledgeable then everyone else. I did/do "this" so it's the I know more then you do mentality.

Everyone is going to be lumped together, regardless of what they do and don't do.

Welcome to SF 8D Not everyone does that, but a few people do tend to just stick to the front post. So most people edit through it as the thread goes to correct mistakes or add things that were pointed out. It'll save headaches later in the future.

Naw, it's not that they're just wanting to pick a fight. It just gets frustrating. It's like being told to do something twenty times and you did it after being asked the first. Patience level goes down as it's brought up multiple times and explained fifty times. It's kind of a peeve when people use 'discrimination' in situations that aren't is all.

It's pretty clear that I am speaking of my experience of being actually country based discriminated on there. But all you see is what you want to see and keep trying to tell me how wrong I am and that i should finally understand I'm wrong. While all that I did wrong was use a word that seems to trigger quite a bit of people to jump on those using it because there has been too much gaia hatred lately. I give up on the thread now because it went so far off topic it actually hurts.

Actually the person didn't read at all just saw 'the word' and posted the 'oh this thread again' picture. so when I asked we had a short talk and i was actually told to rephrase the thread n post it in the bugs >.<
yeah I thought to edit it but then gave up as things went too far off topic. No point salvaging it now. I may start a new thread some other time.

I guess you have a point there but if all threads like that get closed/moved/hidden how are none regulars to the forum supposed to know bout that really? if I had noticed the issue with that word before i was soooo not gonna use it n save myself the headache.
