Okay - basically, good humor manga depends on the jokes. Especially with the straight-man (tsukkomi) and funny-man (boke) jokes.

I suggest:
- Gintama
- Sket Dance
- Beelzebub
- Ratman

The funniest manga I've read to date would have to be either One Piece (doesnt really take itself seriously most of the time) and Fairy Tail (Serious at times, but plenty of humor)

Any yonkoma are hilarious usualy, I like Seitokai Yakuindomo, A Channel (more than the anime for both), Azumanga Daioh (classic ^^), Pani Poni Dash. One piece got some good humor in it, and it's awesome to boot, so you can't go wrong. Fairy tail has it's moment too, like someone mentionned. Bamboo Blade has some good humor all over the place.

kiss x sis and ninja nonsense. both are pretty wrong at times but funny, regardless.
