The anime is hopefully gonna save itself though... as Tadashi probably pointed out, there's a new movie or OVA coming out in November. Fans have waited a long time for this, my only worry is that Akira Toriyama did not work with the animators on it... if so... my heart will break.

The new animated DBZ is only a short movie for the upcoming Jump Fiesta, which is an annual event celebrating Shonen Jump (Dragonball's manga publisher, as well as Naruto and Bleach). Toriyama has said himself that he has retired from creating any more Dragonball other than providing the character designs and the upcoming MMO.

For the really diehard DBZ fan, here is the Dragonball Geinin special, which is a discussion about the franchise as told by Japan's celebrities who are the biggest Dragonball fans of all.

What do you expect? He's voiced by a girl in the Japanese version. I've always liked American voices and music better simply because that is all that was available to me when I first started watching(VHS doesn't have special things to change audio and sound...)
