Not much looks good with sweat pants, to be honest.
I think UGGs are okay.
Skater shoes are probably your best bet though.

I'd say Converse or high tops - that's what I usually wear with mine, if I wear them at all. xD usually for long car journeys or occasionally food shopping if it's pretty late and I just want to wear something comfortable.
