so like... i know this is random but we were having an argument about when gaia happened to become official. xD i know it was copyrighted in 2003 but are you sure there isnt anything about gaia being thought up of before that? im just curious or i may have heard wrong but theres something ticking in my head that gaia was on its creational stages in 2002 and became a full site in 2003. >.< who knows its full roots?

I'm sure the idea sprang up before then. I don't think Lanzer and his buddies were "Hey, let's make a massive site right n ow!" and it became popular overnight. There had to be some planning beforehand, to set up everything. The planning might have taken part in the year 2002.

Gaia, officially, was made in 2003. I don't know when exactly that year though smile
