I don't understand this whole, "you wouldn't have wanted to be aborted" thing.

Apart from the fact that, as a fetus, I couldn't 'want' anything, I like my mother. If she didn't want me so badly that she'd want to abort me, I wouldn't mind at all - I wouldn't have known anything about it at the time, and I wouldn't want to put her through the complete misery and difficulty of an unwanted pregnancy (as well as probably unwanted parenthood, because I doubt that once she'd given birth to me she'd have had the strength to give me away).

I've seen what having a child when you're not ready can do to people. My boyfriend's mum had him when she was 19, and, even ignoring the fact that she nearly died in childbirth (she spent two weeks in intensive care even though she seemed to have a completely healthy pregnancy) her life has been a horrible struggle ever since. Even when she's happy, underneath it all you can see the stress and misery. It seems horribly selfish to me to want to force someone you care about to go through all that, when you're not going to know the difference either way.

not every one see's your point of view nor mine wich is true.

but if you consider how we as a species still struggle to survive with death
happening all around us every 40 seconds some one is either dead or near death.
we need children they make us (mothers) happy even if it stresses us out and makes us miserable its the fact that babies make us happy that we brought some one so adorable and cute into this world.

The US Code, at Title 18, defines murder as:

"Murder is the unlawful killing of a human being with malice aforethought."

The idea of calling abortion murder is to implant the image of a full grown baby or child as being slaughtered in a horrific manner, playing on human instinct to protect the young. This image is false. Well a fetus/embryo is alive it's not sentient nor does it have the cognitive function to even want life.

If I was that fetus/embryo, I wouldn't care either way.

i am partially against abortion its the wrong choice to do, because when the baby is born it brings joy into the mothers life. well most mothers lives any way.
my little girl made me happy and im only 13 years old wich is odd that i have a child at this age. the sad truth is i was raped wich made me pregnant with this child that i brought into this world. my mother wanted me to abort the child i told her no its my choice not hers. she tried to force me to do it .you know what i did after that? well i walked out on her and told her if she wont accept me and my choice with this child she doesant have the right to see me and i walked off and went to live with my closest friends that supported me with this choice i made.
im glad i did that my mother was a bad influence on me and so wasant my father.

I think it's very easy for a young girl to say "ABORTINS R EV1L U WIL GO 2 HEL!!!!!111!" or whatever when they don't have the life experience to voice an informed opinion.

But I don't think that abortion should be used as a form of contraception, a mother should be sat down and told all of the options before making the choice
