Yeh. I came back from work. Where I work, the shopping mall is well.. crazy. Absolutely crazy.
EVERY year they'll have this 36 hour shopping thing. Where basically ALL the stores are open for 36 hours straight. -_- Damn messed up X-mas shopping. Hate angry people. Angry people make angry workers.

I was outside my work talking to people when it comes up and hugs me from behind. People were like "Hahaha. aww." >_<

Oh yeh. Walk around a massive mall beating drums at 12:00 at night//morning.

But then. Now that I realise more about Korean Culture. I feel humbled.
And yep. Before we know it, DBSK will be out of the army.. once they go in ofcourse... whenever that day might be.
I wonder if they'll all go in together? Like Changmin is 2 years younger. Hmm.

[the Outlaw Clematis]

One of Asia's most influential pop bands, TVXQ (Tong Vfang Xien Qi) is a Korean boy group consisting of five very talented members. From eldest to youngest, they are: Kim Jae Joong, Jung Yunho, Park Yoochun, Kim Junsu, and Shim Changmin. Although they are Korean, TVXQ has also debuted in Japan, Taiwan, and China, as well as in South Korea. Together, they have released Korean albums as well as Japanese albums. They specialize mainly in the areas of dancing, Acapella, various drama acting, and Pop with an R&B vibe.

Although their official name is Tong Vfang Xien Qi, they are also known as: DBSK (Dong Bang Shin Ki), DBSG (Dong Bang Shin Gi), and Tohoshinki (the Japanese equivalent). Dong Bang Shin Ki is a Korean phrase that translates into "Gods Rising From the East". This five-man dance team came into being after an audition in 2004.

♥ 1) The first member to join was Kim Junsu. At age 14, he was first recognized by a televised talent search. The judges were astonished by his powerful vocals, thus, he was trained for six years before debuting as Xiah Junsu. His stage name, which was chosen by himself, referred to his desire to not only be recognized in Korea, but also throughout the continent as well.

♥ 2) The second member to join was Jung Yunho. He secured his spot in TVXQ through a dance competition. Prior to this, he accumulated some experience of being a rapper and backup dancer for singer Dana. U-Know Yunho is his chosen stage name.

♥ 3) The third member to join was Kim Jae Joong. He left his hometown in Chungnam to audition for SM Entertainment, and because of this, he experienced poverty and strife before becoming the successful artist he is today. His stage name was chosen by a fortune-teller: Young Woong Jae Joong or Hero.

♥ 4) The third member to join was Shim Changmin, the youngest member out of the group. Following his friend to the audition, he impressed the judges with his vocal powers. He later joined the group under the stage name: Choikang Changmin or Max.

♥ 5) The last to join was Park Yoochun. Six months before the TVXQ's first debut, Yoochun was added to the group. As a winner of a talent show, he was granted permission to sign with SM Entertainment in Korea. He now performs under the stage name, Micky.

Their musical talent, “pretty-boy” looks, and charisma helped to drive the sensational group into a chart-topping force. TVXQ has toured in concerts, made guest appearances, and participated in numerous commercials throughout several Asian countries. No wonder they are called "Gods Rising From the East"!

History of this Thread

This official DBSK thread is created by a group of fellow DBSK fans on [insert date]. Prior to this thread, there was another one where we loved to hang out in. However, the front page lacks a proper introduction, and it seems like everything from the front page has been deleted. Driven to believe that DBSK deserves a much better introduction and thread, we (the supporters of DBSK) decided to create a new and improved Official DBSK Thread.

But it wasn't until the old thread reached over 200 pages of unforgettable conversations and DBSK contents that we all decided to create this new one. We were very sad to leave the old thread, for it is still the place where we all first met as DBSK fans. But it's okay! This thread is just as special as the old one, for we've all worked hard together on this. The old thread will live on in this new thread. blaugh
