Haha I could read everything except the 1337.
I would ask what it is, but then again, do I want to know?

Ahahaha. 1337 is 'leet'. It's what you call how Tama-inu was typing. 'leet' speak or 1337. :3

Thank you for clarifying that.
Now please excuse me while I laugh hysterically.

Is is really soo bad Changmin and Yunho support SM? I am disappointed in the other three though. SM helped them get to the level of stardom that they are currently at. Without the help of SM Ent they would most likely still be nobodies or with a nobody Ent agency. They signed a contract, maybe someone should have actually read the contract? The contract may be sucky but that is usually the life of celebrities. But this whole things to be over money, and a select few are starting to want more. I believe Jaejoong, Junsu, and Micky should have to stay with SM Ent until their contract is up, but what I think should be done is the contract should be revised with all the members there and talking and negotiating it and come to a mutual agreement if that is possible. I am proud of Yunho and Changmin, they are being real men and doing what they signed and not being selfish about it. Those three have now effected Yunho and Changmin. Sad thing is I am not that much of a fan of those three anymore. Makes me sad, turns out there is such a thing as bad publicity. I hope both sides(SM Ent and the three) can work things out so it does not effect the innocent bystanders(Yunho and Changmin).

I still like TVXQ just right now I am just sad almost with them? sad

lol, I thought a lot of people knew leet too... =/

I wasn't gonna say anything relevant, but then Oasis came on and I was like "sigh, this is depressing." (Cause between DBSK and 2PM, it's depressing and the climax of these stories are coming for both of them but I'm worried nothing good will come out of it...)

I wish the news would come already.... though I saw this on asianfanatics.net

Unfair Contract Dispute, SM has Changed its Stand?, Sunday November 8, 2009

SM Entertainment CEO’s Kim Young Min, who is involved in the ‘unfair contract’ dispute with his artistes, has recently announced a new contract policy, and that it will be put into action once it gets approved by the related authorities.

SM Entertainment Representative, Kim Young Min, who attended the press conference which was held on the 2nd of November 2009 at 63 Tower, has expressed, “We would collect all comments from music and entertainment industries, related government departments, cultural and tourism board, fair trade departments, educational circles and legislative bodies, based on the law to adjudicate a new contract policy. After the approval from the respective authorities, we would then put it into action. Then follow it (new contract policy) enthusiastically.”

Kim agreed, “If we are able to come out with a new exclusive contract policy based on the law, SM would like to re-contract with all current artistes based on it.”

Kim also expressed, “Under the new exclusive contract, the moment it’s signed it would be protected till the contract ended, if not the current situation would repeat over and over again in the future.”

“In order to prove that what have just I said is nothing but the truth, we would first like to take the advice from the impartial committee,” he said.

But, everyone was not able to fully believe this announcement by SM Entertainment. Professor Lee from Korea Art University stated, “If SM do not wish to have what they have just said to turned into nothing, then they should assure them.” He continued, “Based on what SM have said, they do not wish to fully take on the advice from the impartial committee, but to forcefully come out with a new contract policy, which was questionable (their announcement).” Professor Lee ended, “If SM was really sincere about this, they should work on the new contract based on the advice and not vice versa, and then to get it approved by the representative authorities.”

No, it's not bad for them to support SM. But I do think that the 3 wouldn't do anything if it wasn't serious.
The thing is... It DOESN'T have to be the life of celebrities. Thus why there is all this drama, because it can also go against the law. Ok, so I'm not exactly sure on what the proper names of Korean laws are, but there should be ones that are about human rights, etc etc.
Just because they're a celebrity means they can't get fair pay? Or have more time off?
Honestly, if I was always constantly having to watch how I act in public (even in private considering how fans stalk), if I have to be denied certain priveledges as well as working non-stop, then I would want to be getting my fair share out of it. =|
And yes, the whole contract thing is dodge. But as was discussed a few pages ago, who knows what they were thinking when they signed those documents.
At first it could've just been because they were desperate to be famous, to be singers.
Then over the years it could be because they thought they had obligations to not only the other members, but to all the fans they got as well.

Also during all this Yunho had his first starring role in a drama and Changmin was also starting filming for his. Many say they weren't in good positions to sue.
I've been a fan for over 4 years now, and I can't even count the amount of times I've commented "Wow. They look so tired here" or something similar. Not to mention all the times they've gone to hospital due to exhaustion. =|
That, and there were always... ALWAYS rumours going around about SME staff mistreating the artists. We always pushed those aside due to no evidence, but especially now, you can't help but wonder.

And wow. Talk about procrastination. I'm supposed to be doing a report right now. ><

EDIT: Sorry for the double post too. x_x

But this is what sets them aside from everyone else they do work hard. They want to please all the fans and in the end that means flying from Korea to Japan to Korea to China to Taiwan to Japan. I can see it all be very very tiring. I know SM Ent is known for their hard treatment on their talents, but look at what comes out of it? Pure perfection, they make sure their talents are good in everything. All celebrities always look tired, celebrity life is not as amazing as some may make it. It is a very tiring demand career path. Especially if you are at the height of your career and everyone is demanding for you to be on their show, be in their magazine and what not. Also being stalked by crazy fans/paparazzi can't be fun but in the paparazzi case if you are doing nothing wrong you will not be in tabloids because "OMG Jaejoong bought a pair of sunglasses" does not make for an interesting story but "OMG Jaejoong has been charged with a DUI" is a lot more interesting.(Couldn't really think of a good example but you get my point? Like Sarah Michelle Geller and Freddie Prinz Junior you never hear anything about those two anymore why? because they are 'boring' in paparazzi's eyes) And if I was working as hard as they do I would want my fair share but whose to say that is not fair? SM Ent has to pay for a lot of things they do, and maybe it should be more but I forget how much they make a year but I remember it is way lots of money. For people who supposedly have no time to themselves. We do hear about the celebrities in the Korean entertainment being more overworked than in the United States, I will agree to that. I don't know...-.-; I am personally now just almost to the point of being like I don't care the outcome just figure out who is going to compromise or who is going to go their separate ways. I mean they said we would definitely know the outcome by the end of September? But still no budging from either sides. rolleyes
I can't wait for Heaven's Postman!

I'm really excited about it too! It seems like forever since it was first announced! 4laugh
People's reactions to Jaejoong's kiss scene was pretty funny. Either they were really excited or they wanted to strangle the girl for kissing him. rofl
