Well, my husband's in the Navy... so yeah...

Most guys keep their hair short because, unlike girls, they generally don't like having to style it, or mess with it at all. With a buzz cut, you don't even really need shampoo.

so for most guys who have it its just pure laziness and justin bieber hair isnt pansy its actually nice like he put time and effort into it

I think some guys look better with them, honestly. It depends on the face. A lot of average looking guys will look better with longer hair that covers up some of their face, ha.

buzzcuts aren't that bad. i usually don't prefer them, but it depends on on the person's style. i've seen some guys rock a short haircut like that, with glasses and sideburns and look awesome.

plus they're easy to take care of, and cool in the summer.

I think they look hideous too, but that won't convince them to get something else.

Would you prefer a guy to be lazy with short hair or lazy with long hair? Because lazy with long hair is going to look an assload worse. Just because somebody has long hair doesn't mean they're going to take care of it properly. Not everybody even knows how to take care of it properly. That, and some people just look better with short hair. Take Taylor Lautner. He looked like an idiot with long hair in my opinion. He looks much better with short hair.

Some have to for sports teams/ROTC. And some have their moms dictate their haircuts. It's also an easy choice to tell the stylist to just "buzz it off"
