where can I find cheap colored leggings?

I've found quite a few pairs at Wal-Mart for about $6. Not sure of the colors your local store may have, but mine has the neutrals (black, white, blue, etc.) and I also found some yellows, at least one patterned pair, and a dark reddish-maroon pair.

I got to watch them make the photos for the orange pair on the urban outfitters site in that link. It was for a college 'meet the pros' kind of thingy. That's neat to see it. :0

Anyways, H&M, Forever21, Joyce Leslie(i think they're in ny) i have seen a big variety of colors. Check American apparel clearance also, they run pricey full retail but there's like 2865654353457 colors. I don't usually see a difference in quality from cheaper stores in plain cotton leggings. I did have 2 seams open on a pair from macys, whatever their store brand is, but i should have and could have just returned it as defective. I just fixed it instead though because i didn't wan to drive back.

Yesterday at Matalan I noticed a large selection of different coloured leggings. Didn't look at the price because leggings aren't my style but it's Matalan. It's gonna be cheap.

Any cheap, discount teenager store... like Mandees, Joyce Leslie, 5-7-9, Easy Pickins, Deb, etc. I'm sure they have some stores like that at a mall near you, or a department store like Target or something.

Target. Target has a ton of colored tights and leggings for around 5-8 dollars.
