Where can I buy nice CHEAP preppy clothes

Where can i buy AFFORDABLE preppy clothes. As in really cheap. Apparently I am really broke this year and I still need to go spring shops. So can you list some nation wide stores. No online ones please.

Blazers
Sweater vests
Argyle vests/sweaters
and so forth

And I hear Old Navy's got some really really great stuff now, even though I don't really shop there, but I'll probably go check it out. c:

Department stores are always pretty decent.

Places like Marshalls, Kohls, TJ Maxx, Ross, have some really nice stuff. I haven't been to them in a while though.

and they had clothes like south pole and ecko

suggestion i have for you is to look at consignment shops, a lot of people look
down at them, but you can find a lot of great stuff at consignment shops. :]
