Admittedly I never went to prom, but the idea of wearing something with a timeless appeal works for me. I had chosen a dress that was long, strapless, flowy and which transitioned from a medium blue-gray at the bottom to an almost-white at the bust. Never got to wear it though.

I would definitely go a lil' bit Punk! Not like. . . Pants. But, probably Red and black. Checkered would definitely be cool.
Maybe a skirt like this with a Long, black and sparkly top.

I missed my prom in my home town this year due to a vacation me and my bf tookbut we ended up going to his in the town over from mine "im closer with kids there any way cuz i spend all my time there" but the theme at his school was under the sea, i cruled my hair and got a ball gown that was white and looked almost like a wedding dress then it had a pink bow tied around the middle... and i dressed it up with a necklace from buckle and a pair of white sexy heels lol but u couldnt see them... then my mad got a tucks with a pink vest it lookd really good it was a pearly pink like my bow... and we went with pink and white flowers, we had lillies and roses with white and silver in it... also my friend and i got good tans b4 the prom ha... PROM WAS SO FUN!!!

I didn´t went to prom, me and my friends neither of us wanted to go, i still went to the celebration and all that stuff, i have to sew my shirt and my skinny pants one day before, it was a crazy race against time.
