Too faced primed and poreless, ELF acne clarifying foundation.
Benefit highlighter, benefit Hula bronzer for contour.
Eyebrows (Depending on my mood done in a darker more dramatic or lighter red/brown shade)
Winged liquid eyeliner.
I'm still experimenting with mascara. I have lousy lashes.
I recently got on the list for Ipsys monthly $10 subscription bag that I'm super stoked to check out when I go home (I have two waiting for me!)
i'm very shocked to see that you use some very high end products, but then for foundation you use elf. not meaning this in a bad way at all - i would love to get your opinion on the elf acne clarifying foundation. smile i'm always looking for new foundation, especially some that is not outrageous in price.
I generally wear bb cream on most days. My favourite is the Missha Signature M BB Cream. I'll set it with Make Up For Ever's Pro Finish Powder. Then I curl my lashes with my Shu Uemura lash curler, apply my Dolly Wink Long Mascara, then tightline my upper waterline with my Milani Liquid Eye Liquid-Like Liner in Brown. My blush is usually MAC Melba, and if I feel like it, I'll contour with MAC Harmony. Then I like to wear a lip balm on most days. If I feel fancy, I'll wear MAC Viva Glam V lipstick.
I have pretty severe eczema so wearing make up on my face screws it up, so the most I wear is lipstick and liquid eyeliner. (Normally Wet n' Wild for the lipstick, and maybelline or NYC for the eyeliner.)
I wear chapstick and face moisturizer as my daily routine. For a special occasion I'll wear a tinted lipbalm with a moisturizer in it and maybe some concealer and blush. I would wear mascara and eyeliner but both just make my eyes feel really heavy.
Generally I'll wear:
on all eyelid except the little bit in corner near nose, black eye shadow,
In corner near nose on top lid but also under eye in corner a bit, white / light cream eyeshadow,
(I blend these a bit)
liquid eyeliner for top lid (a new thing for me I always used to just use pencil but liquid gives a darker colour that I like) I make it like a long isosceles triangle almost - really thick on outside of eye
pencil black eyeliner for bottom lid (I like how it smudges),
mascara, thick blaugh.
then white eyeliner in corner near nose (top and bottom) but not too thickly applied so it looks weird.
I ran out of mascara recently though and as I'm trying to save as much money as possible haven't gotten around to buying more yet.
I used to use grey eyeliner in the middle of eyes (made a white/grey/black gradient kinda thing) but since I started using liquid eyeliner this doesn't really work.
Quite regularly now I just go with eye make up. I like a natural look unless my skin is having an off day. I have been blessed with okay skin in the last year or so. I had pretty terrible skin as a younger teen though. It's not super awesome but even a bit of red or blotchiness doesn't phase me too much unless something important is going on or I'm seeing my boyfriend.
I often use concealer (maybelene (sp I realise but not a clue how to spell) stick thing) under my eyes and around my nose (have a scar that sometimes goes weird) though but not always. Less often I will also use foundation (maybelene dream matte mousse heart I love and have used for years and years but I know BB cream is meant to be awesome)
I generally save foundation, especially save powder, for special occasions or going out. I usually use foundation when seeing my boyfriend but not always. He saw me enough times with no make up at all before we started dating so depends how I feel.
I have a benefit concealer which is in a little pot (don't know what it's called) and it's amazing. But due to the price I save it for special occasions.
Finally I have some weird glitter stick thing (Mary-Kate and Ashley that's how old it is) that I put under my eyes when going out. Sometimes I'll use different colour eyeshadow and/or eyeliner when going out but I love dark eyes so generally black.
Did not think this would be so long sorry sweatdrop
sunscreen (sometimes mixed with BB cream)
powder, i use this loose stuff by physician's formula
blush (i've been using this ELF stick cream thingy)
sometimes i'll fill my brows in with brow powder or brown eyeshadow but lately i've just been using a light pencil with brow gel
I wear eyeliner, in colors such as dark brown, black, grey, navy or purple, depending on my mood haha
Eyeshadow, most of the time, Usually stick to neutral shades, but sometimes I wear purple eyeshadow.
then mascara! i'm trying to use up my carbon black loreal Voluminous for now, it's almost gone biggrin
Lips: Um. Depends. Sometimes I wear lipstick, some days I'll wear a gloss, and some days I just wear lip balm. I've been trying to use up this glossy lipstick I got 6 years ago. (it's almost gone!!)
Moisturizing face lotion by I forgot, Garnier's BB Cream, Rimmel's Stay Matte Mousse foundation or CoverGirl's 3-in-1 depending on what I'm doing that day, Revlon's Color Stay powder or Rimmel's Stay Matte powder, Physicians Formula Happy Boost blush or this one blush I got from my Ipsy bag last month? Winged eyeliner always all the time.. I think It's Maybelline? CoverGirl's Clump Crusher mascara and if I wanna feel pretty or special or murderous or something that day I'll put a lipstick color on depending on the mood. From Wet n' Wild to Mac, but my go-to is a L'Oreal sheer-ish lip balmy color thing.
I used to wear eyeshadow a lot, but I got cute glasses and gave up putting that much effort into it.
On a day to day basis for work, I wear moisturizer, eyebrow pencil and maybelline lip balm.
On occasions for outting:
-Primer: Smash box Photoready primer
-Foundation: Holika Holika Petit Jelly BB cream, or if I know its at night and there's gonna be flash photography I use Chanel Vitalumiere aqua fresh and hydrating cream foundation
-Eyes: Dolly wink eyeliner or Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner
-Mascara: L'oreal 4D Architect Mascara
-Blush: Kose Sweet Deco Cheeks
-Bronzer: Physican's formula
-Setting powder: Skinfood Peach Sake Powder
-Lips: The face shop lip tint or MAC Russian Red
c:! I tend to go a bit gyaru if I do wear makeup xD Hence the loads more makeup hahaha
I currently work for Sephora (though I just gave my notice), and they have a hefty standard for makeup appearances.
For work, I regularly use face primer, foundation, blush, bronzer, highlighter, eye primer, 3+ eyeshadows, eyeliner, mascara, concealer, lipstick/lipgloss, and some sort of brow product (as of recently, it's been Anastasia Dip Brow).
I also went back to school full time recently, so when I go to school, I rarely wear more than a light dusting of powder foundation (to even out my skin), a little concealer as needed, and mascara.
If I have work after school, then I have to get up earlier to apply the work face.
However, with my new job starting in a bit over a week, I'll probably have relatively basic makeup.
Probably something like tinted moisturizer or a little powder foundation, eyeliner, mascara, a little blush, maybe a base eyeshadow colour in a neutral semi-pearly shade, and lip balm.
In terms of favourite brands, it's a lot of higher end brands; blame work haha...
