with the pictures you've provided, I'd say you're looking for a liquid liner, but the thing is that you have less control with that and it's much easier making mistakes.

A trick that I've been doing for a while now (and it makes my eyeliner stand out A LOT more) is to used a regular crayon/pencil eyeliner (I use local brands "Personnelle", but Revlon and Marcelle are great quality and don't smear much) then use an angled brush and re-trace over your eyeliner with some eyeshadow of the same color.

It fills in the line, makes it much much much smoother and really makes it pop out without overdoing it. Plus, adding the little bit of eyeshadow over it prevents it from smearing
