I've been on a steampunk rampage the past couple of days. : )
But I've only found a couple of websites...
There's lots of good pictures
here. And
here, but it's not fashion, really. And I've just found
this place, but it looks pretty decent. EDIT: Also there's some interesting stuff
here. didn't really look through it... But the one labeled "Pretty hot asian guy in steampunk gear"... I found those dreadlock things selling on a website... I'll try to find it.
Also you can get some inspiration from steampunk-ish movies... I'd reccomend Treasure Planet [okay, maybe just if you like animated movies- but it does have some nice clothes] and Lemony snicket's Series of Unfortunate Events [pretty bad movie, pretty good clothes and atmosphere].
EDIT:
List of steampunk works~
Lastly, just look at Victorian era clothes and just add rivets and gears.

I actually thought this thread died a while ago- I'm glad it's back! : )
The person who makes the dreadfalls is called Anachronaut. I can't find her website, but his/her Deviantart page has some very good stuff!
Wait, here's his/her livejournal (click on the supra excellent coat):
