Have you tried this?
I have it and when my nails rip at that "Oh dear god that hurts, please don't rip anymore" point, I use it. I also use it when my nails just feel weak. For stopping rips, it does a decent job but for covering the flaking and making it stop this should work amazingly.

It's about 6$ at a walmart if you can find it.

Tomorrow is my senior prom and I am wearing a very, very pink and very, very sparkly dress. I took a look at the Askmewhats tutorials and found one design that I loved. Does anyone know of any neat, but relatively easy tutorials like those? I don't think I can do half of what she does, I can't afford to get my nails done, and I really don't want to do the usual single coat.

I really, really like the Stayin' Alive one and the Two-Toned Flowers. I might experiment on my toes to see if I can pull of doing them (like each one on a different toe?). Whoever came up with them is amazing.

I'm so glad this thread is flourishing since I'm a nail polish junkie.

I saw your list, Nubar is also a good company. They have a ton of colors and their duochrome polishes are amazing. (They're also vegan and cruelty-free)

I was referred to them for my peacock phase. They have a great duochrome polish that's peacock inspired: x
Saw the swatch, had to have. I need restraint when it comes to polishes-- I get teased endlessly for it, especially since I can't wear most of what I have to work.
