Hi guys! I just watched this video and thought some of you might be interested. It's an interview with six girls, three gothic Lolita and three sweet Lolita, about their lifestyles. They're so cool! They also show some Lolita stores in Shibuya and there's an 'interview' with Mana-sama from Malice Mizer. That guy is weird.

I saw that when I first got into Lolita eons ago XD I totally didn't have a crush on Mana at the time.

Why do I feel so old nooooow ;^;

Although a lot of people I've heard think this fashion is too "childish", but clothing myself in clothes that make me feel self-confident is more important that catering to society's standards of how a "grown woman" should dress.

Yesterday was my birthday and I received monies to buy clothes for my grandma. I'm not sure I should hoard more IW clothing or buy a different brand.

haha not much, let's see I have 5 Jsk's, 4 skirts, several cutsews, only 2 blouses (shame on me! razz ), 4 pairs of socks and a lot of headdresses accesories (these are my brand things razz I never made a photo of what I own though~)

Damn, y'all. Long time no see. I would have forgotten about this account, but I got an email recently informing me of a PM and ... Facebook informs me that someone on here has been talking about Rouge Aerie. ;p

Well, I'm good, for sure! To be honest, I'd forget about my Gaia account as well but I do like this forum as it's full of nice people so I only really come on here for this! Other than that I usually use Facebook for Lolita socialising. ^^ How are you?

Sewing a lot, obviously. So excited about Frill and have my fingers crossed that it'll all sell out.

Non-lolita-brand-building-wise, also busy. Since moving to Australia, I've been helping my boyfriend a lot with his grandmother (she's been unwell since November, very up and down).

We just registered our relationship with the government, so we're officially "not-married" to one another, but recognized as living together romantically. Working on the visa situation with that one.

The local lolitas are all quite nice, though. As are the ones from Melbourne and Brisbane that I've met. Zero serious drama. So that's really a nice feeling.

I've been meaning to buy some for the past 3 years but never have as I don't have a credit/debt card yet and I want to buy clothes over the internet. : P I will be shopping irl at some lolita stores but I've never been to one.. My location is kind of hard to find a place. ><

that's understandable razz I took me also about three years to buy me my first lolita piece! It was a MmM dress. It was still so expensive second hand. And when I got it I also needed to pay import costs -.-;;;; And I haven't worn it that much XD ow well. You'll get there! ^^

It is mor then possible you know. We have a few lolita's in our comm with a rather large chest. Just stay away from shirring. It makes everything look so much bigger!

I'm a 35 bust and 27 waist and from what I gathered from most of the shops measurements a medium would fit me just fine.

That sounds good! That's what I thought if it'd fit at all, I just know that some brands are smaller than others. I wouldn't buy a brand item without checking the measurements anyway! XD

I honestly don't think I'll ever buy brand. Its too expensive and I can't justify the cost. At all.

100+ for a dress would be better spent on bills or something for my car with a little left over for some fabric that has never been made into a mass produced lolita dress.

Idk. I like making stuff and it be OOAK rather than buying something that 100+ other lolita's already own.
