Little Core- Ah, excellent thinking, my friend. Huh, the pros and cons? That's a fairly general idea. I guess I'll go for as many pros and cons as I can? sweatdrop
PROS
-Lenses often last between 6 months and a year (if take care of properly)
-Price: In the average range of circle lens prices, it's not uncommon to see a pair for 15 or 16 dollars, or even less. Even the 'better' brands are averaged in the 20's.
-A huge range: there must be over a hundred different designs of circle lenses, and there're more beig made all the time.
-Look: they enlarge and give your eye colour.
-Colours: In terms of the available colours, it's certainly able to be able to match your eyes to your outfit or vice versa.
-Prescription- you can, in fact, get a prescription on your lenses, and there's even lenses for astigmatism (torics).
-Finally, if you get circle lenses, you'll get 10 cool points from this thread. cool Trufax.
CONS
-Megatron
-Starscream(Sorry, too much Transformers. ;P)
-$$: some of the brands go for over 50 or 60 bucks a pair
-Fit: Most circle lenses are set at a BC of 8.6, and with a diameter of 14.0, or 14.2. If your own BC is waayy off, you may find the lenses sliding about too much for your own tastes.
-Damage: Like all contact lenses, circle lenses are said to eventually cause wear on your eyes if used consistently.
-Uhh... getting fakes?: Occasionally, if someone takes a venture and buys from a new seller, it turns out they're providing fake/imitation Geos or EOS's or whatever. (lesson: buy from accredited, reputable stores+sellers)
Imma Bank- Yay~! Do you know what colour or brand you like? Or are you just saving up enough and then deciding later on? o:
Ori- Ewww- same for you, too? D: Even with insurance, the contact lens fitting/exam costs a ridiculous amount of money.
