I got my tounge pierced last Saturday. It's like getting your finger pricked. The worst part is the anticipation. If I get any of this possible bullshit I hear about that's cause from tounge piercing and die.... I'ma be pissed.

That's always the big part with me - I get nervous right before my piercings, but then it turns out a-okay. x3

If I knew it was going to be as painless as that, I wouldn't even be remotely nervous. And I wasn't even that nervous to begin with, so it's all good in the hood.

And as for the solid food, I bet it's tons of fun after a new tongue piercing~ that's one reason I didn't get my tongue pierced during high school, and still don't plan too - along with the fact I was playing clarinet at the time, an d I would've been strangled if I couldn't play properly.

Oh trust me. It's a blast. I quit band 2 years ago, so my sax is not a threat... but today the ball on my barbell came unscrewed (twice) and I got all panicky... but I persevered... after wrestling my tounge down after a few good rounds.

Me, My cousin, and the guy who does our piercings allways shoot eachother with Airsoft guns. it's quite fun, but tonight, I dident have mine on me, And i still got shot a few times in the a**.. lol

That's other thing that gets me.. the ball unscrewing and me swallowing it. xD It's not like I'd choke on it, but still.. that'd suck.

I've never really been bothered by needles either - I'll sit there and let them poke me with whatever needle, and it doesn't bother me.. my brother (who is the muscle man football type) squeals like a girl every time he gets a shot though. xD

I generally get them at the piercing shop I go to, or at a Nirvana store (not the band, mind you, if you don't know what a Nirvana is.. not sure if they're all over the place or not).

I've never ordered any online, but I might if I get the money - can't find what I'm looking for at either of the places I go to sometimes.
