This particular show is pretty accurate about time period, aside from technology, so it likely was present in 1969.

I don't even know if there's a name, a brand or something but I want the pair of shoes that the girl with the japan flag have!
the white ones!
I saw them a lot in anime and manga, and also in fashion pictures of japan, I want to order a pair! >_<
I'm from Argentina so the only way for me to get them is online :s

They are creepers, as far as I can tell, a style of shoe also popular in western alternative fashion. T.U.K. is a good brand for them.
