I was developing a town... But now I'm not busy... but soon I have to go grocery shopping... so then I'll be busy again. sweatdrop

Yeah I decided to take over an entire neighborhood in Towns. sweatdrop Took me a few hours to get all the homes created, place them, decorate them, etc. Cost me just under 40k to design 5 homes. The 6th home was already decorated so I left it alone. I used family/friends/mule accounts to create the neighborhood. 3nodding It's cute, but eventually I'll need to upgrade some of the homes, and add more stuff to a few.

I gots a quick question regarding decora, so if anyone could help me out I'd appreciate it~
Is layering more important than colors? Like, do you think someone could do a decent decora outfit without huge amounts of layering but very bright colors?
Also--which is better, generally speaking, having an overall color scheme with some wildcards or having a lot of colors all over the place?
Sorry for the weird questions. I'm giving decora a shot, and have found that most of my attempts end up looking like I'm preparing for Tacky Day sweatdrop

Layering is more important. But you also need color. You couldn't just layer dark colors.
With decora, the most important element is the decoration...the accessories. Meaning tons of necklaces, bracelets, rings, hair clips, hair ties, socks, stockings, belts, etc. They're what make an outfit decora.
I think that second part is sort of more up to you. I would say it's best to be all over the place. But at the same time...there should be some rhyme to your reason.

If you have a camera, try posting some of your attempts. Then we can give feedback on what you could change.

Okay, will do :3 After doing some research I realized I was going about decroa all wrong! I was just a fruit u.u So I'm not going to enter the contest, but I'll still post pictures later on! (I want to get this right before making a fool of myself e.e) Thank you for your help~<3
