I think Forever 21's clothes are overpriced a bit, since the quality's not that great, which is why I take forreeever shopping in there. I wanna actually spend $25 on a NICE shirt. xD
They have alot of different trends, though, which is nice.

Dance studios sell panniers and pettis and such... That's the only common place I know of. I get mine online.
