I was talking more about the fact that you say you look like you're in your mid 20s when you're actually in your teens... And I 'am' in my mid(*cough*late*cough*) 20s and look like I'm in my teens.

Going into an interveiw in kurololi doesn't go over very well. . .for whatever reason. o_O And my College is sort of. . . stuck in one fashion type, and i don't appreciate the strange looks D': ||

I dress unconventional... I make my lifestyle work for the way I dress. I find jobs that allow me to dress the way I do. And who cares what other college kids think of how you dress? sweatdrop But I understand your concern. You don't want to be outcast because of it.

It might be fun. I made a series of the Kamikaze Jackets (I believe they call them) for my mother actually. She started cosplay as Tohru Honda's mom, Kyoko Honda (from Fruits Basket), and progressed into Ichigo from Kamikaze Girls.

My mom is 56 and looks in her 30's. Most guessed is 32.

Mabe she could pull off a EGL style, but she says that is more me and hasn't tried more then a small hat. I bet she is just in it for the jackets. =P

You really do have to feel comfortable with yourself to be able to dress as you like. Otherwise you'll always be self conscious in public. That's why I can't work at places with ugly uniforms, haha. It makes me feel awkward. sweatdrop

Sadly, I recently got 'let go' after the Holiday rush ended... So I'm trying to find a new job. Build-a-bear may hire me, but I can't stand the uniform (denim blouses, white sneakers and tan khaki pants?... ew). I'll probably take a job at claire's or limited*too.
