Chunky knit wear, like big scarves, infinity scarves, fluffy hats. Gloves or armwarmers.
Nicely fitted wool pea coats or short trench coats.
Boooots. Short heeled for those icy streets, or at least some with VERY good traction on the bottom. Short boots, tall boots, booties, log climber boots. Just... boots.

nice jackets
winter shoes (im thinking about tims)
(gloves and scarfs I got)
and sweaters
maybe hats, idk what kinda hats, but I want style
I want everything in style, prefer the colors red, white, black
