The waist is *way* too high to be just a bottom, it'd look much better as a simple one piece bathing suit.

Style is better i think but that fabric looks a bit thick and padded...not quite matchy enough for my taste.

maybe a scalloped bikini top, to mimic the print, like this? Or, it would look great with a pinup bustier swimsuit top.

I made a bikini in a similar pattern at the beginning of summer. It was a holographic silver colour though. I get compliments every time I wear it. If you know how to sew spandex it's definitely much cheaper to just make it your self. I paid like $15+shipping for the fabric.

I agree that it seems a bit too high waisted to be flattering, and that the top doesn't match that well. If it stopped right in the waist, instead a little above it, it would look better, just like if it was a one piece.
