the only thing about it to me that looks scene is the hair.

Visual Kei first appeared in the early 80s, it just didn't take off until the mid 90s.

Thats wonderful. Still not the origins of early noughties scene fashion. Maybe today alot of kids take inspiration from oshare kei but it's not the origin of scene

and even if it was... Asians can pull of the goth, emo, scene look a LOT better than Caucasians
