Uh... you're not ugly at all. I was expecting to see something completely different, hah.
It's just your hair! It looks too stuck to your head; once you get a different hair style, you'll be very handsome.
I'd suggest getting rid of your bangs or growing all of your hair out (NOT as one length) to hang down to the sides a little.
Your face is very good looking... it's just your hair. Although it looks really healthy and smooth ^_ ^
If you want to keep it short, layer it. That will suit you much better.
