If it's any consolation, there's a user on Youtube who posts videos of herself walking about in these shoes. So it could probably be done, though you'll have to treat yourself to constant sessions of spinal realignment. Not only are those shoes very sexy, but they're irrefutably misogynistic and detrimental.

I've worn 5 1/2 heels before, though technically they were "platforms". The incline wasn't very different from a 4 inch heel.
