I would say waxing but only if you are willing to keep up with it.
Once you mess with it it can grow back darker, thicker or longer.
so make sure if that is something you want to do then make sure you'll be committed to it.
DO NOT SHAVE IT!
Also you can invest in lazor hair removal, which is what i think you should do in the long run.
Its a small area so it wont be AS expensive as getting other areas done.
