I don't know if you see the problem area or not.
I hate my boobs.

If I go a size up, it's way too loose in all other areas.

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. UGH.
I have SUCH a nice dress and I wear it and my boobs are practically falling out of it, but if I go up a size it's baggy everywhere. gonk
You can always learn to modify dresses, it's usually easy once you know what to do.

Fit the boobs, then add a few darts to the inside of a dress in the waist and hip area to make them fit better, and you're set.

You can also pay professionals to do this, but that's expensive. Learning to do it yourself is much cheaper, and more rewarding.
buy a bigger size and tailor it.
or buy both sizes and cut the top half of the bigger and sew it onto the top of the smaller one?
You know those things called waist belts...

I have the exact same problem. Going for the bigger size and wearing the dress
with a waist belt is a great quick fix, if you're like me and can't sew. >_>

On the other hand, if you CAN sew, then you can always buy the
bigger size and take it in around your waist.

Is there some kind of online step by step walkthrough for this? I'll google it, I really need to learn how, I guess xd

"alter dress darts" would probably give you what you need.... do you know what a dart is? If so, the way I do it (my mum taught me...) is to put the dress on inside-out, get the darts that are already there, and get someone to help me pin them a bit deeper. Then I sew along the pinned lines. Just make sure you don't take them too deep, as that can make movement difficult and you risk splitting htem! ;p

I've never sewn anything in my life xd so I don't know what a dart is. But I'm sure I could learn.

It's those funny stitched-in fold thingies in the waist, back, and sides of the boobs of a lot of clothes. >_o

As I said, google: "alter dress darts" or something along those lines should lead you in the right direction.

I'm googling it right now, and it doesn't look too difficult...

Yeah, it's really not. It's a bit of a drag if you have to do it by hand, but yeah. Not hard.

My mom has a sewing machine she might let me use... I think it'd be pretty basic... Letting it out looks hard, but taking it in looks pretty easy.
