How can I acheive my avatars hair in real life?

Well, I like my avatars hair...my hair is shorter, like..right below the shoulders.
I would like to know how i can acheive this look.

I have naturally curly hair, but i straighten it.
My hair is also in choppy layers.

Cant anyone help me?
I want the change my look a bit.

I thought you would just strighten your hair completely then add tight curls to the bottom of the front part of your hair with either a curling rod or striaghtner leaving the rest of it straight. I don't think you would get the same effect with short hair.

Well your avi has bangs so I would suggest getting those, and then put your hair into some really cute ringlets.
