Hoodies are always in, but not all hoodies, and not for all occasions/ages. They are a casual piece of clothing, and once you become an adult, they are appropriate basically when it would also be appropriate to wear jeans and a t-shirt. Also, I really hate the one's that are HUGE. If you're in your house, fine, but they're not flattering.

I have this vintage wool coat that's awesome, besides the itchyness. I usually wear a black or grey hoody under it for extra insulation and to prevent the itchyness. I like them layered though.

And they're okay, just not all the time, and not the same one too often. That's gross. And they need to fit.

It depends on the age of the person. Anyone over eighteen needs to avoid them, they're very junior high.

Pffft. No. Hoodies are for everyone.

It's all about wearing the proper fit and style for your age group, size, etc.


Personally I prefer to only wear men's hoodies. They have a larger kangaroo pouch and are typically longer. I'll take them in under the armpit if I need to.

glad to hear ppls opinions keep em comin. Sumthing i see tho is tht ppl are taking hoodies as always long sleeved. i have short sleeved hoodies and even a few sleeveless ones!

I like hoodies...but I try to only wear them when I'm in the house or like...sick (they're wonderful when you feel sick). I'll also wear them when it's laundry day >.< I wear my jacket more now~

I like it when guys wear like...a zip up hoodie and a nice jacket~~

I wear a hoodie everyday at school...You could ask anyone at meh school who knows meh. Lol. I don't lyk wearing shortsleeves in front of people...O.o...idk why I just don't except for in the summer. During school I'm always wearing a hoodie or a longsleeved shirt. One reason is because its soooo cold in the classrooms! >.< Stupid teachers...
So for me they are in!

I can't find any decent warm zipper-up sweaters usually that don't have a hood anyway for high school. (My high school is either freezing or hot. I prefer not to have to take the sweater off over my head.)

I think hoodies are always in.

Personally, I don't like hoodies that don't have long sleeves at all. I just think they're silly and pointless.
But the actual sweatshirt hoodies I like. They can add good warmth, or just look cute. I have a couple really baggy ones that I wish I knew how to take in, because I feel silly wearing them out of the house (so I don't) but I do like collecting them. I have one from when I went on a cruise, and one from Disneyland, and one from my old school, and more than that. I think they're better than the baggy souvenir tees they always sell. Or of course, regular stores sell them in cute prints and such. I have two from Forever 21 I love. =)

Excluding a certain two Paul's Boutique hoodies in my wardrobe, I never liked basic hoodies.
They're so unflattering, on both girls and boys regardless of age.
Though they are great for sickly pyjama days whee

When you live in the tropics like me and like hoodies it's nice to wear sleeveless hoodies. they're just cute n i like putting the hood up when i dont want to be noticed or it starts to drizzle...
