Cheap, cute dresses at stores?

Well hello!! biggrin

I am going to go to a concert on October 17 called "The Fall Ball".
I don't know if anyone here is going or has heard anything of it, but because they have titled this tour "The Fall Ball", they've created a "best dressed" competition. The winner gets into the venue first...

So, since it's the Fall Ball, it's 'formal' dress.

So, I've been meaning to get some dresses like this to wear to the concert... but I need to find dresses like this cheap. Like, 20 dollars cheap. I know, difficult task. That's why I came to you, gaia. Help a girl out.

I also need it to be in a store I can go to. My parents wouldn't order something for me online and I don't have a credit card.

Any store ideas?

ALSO! Because it's gonna be a concert, I'm not looking for something too skin-tight that I'll be dying in... preferably something flowey that breathes. And shoes... any ideas? I'm thinking converse, haha

I got a full outfit [blouse/skirt/leggings/scarf/headband] there for about $20

and they have very cute and pretty dresses, usually around $20.

Definitely agree with Forever 21. (Love Couture is actually F21's.)
Also, Target can occasionally have cute stuff.
And it's always fun to check out your local thrift stores - you can occasionally get lucky with stuff you find there.

For that price range I'd say Target or Ross. I've found things that are $100-$200 at Ross for $20. And like someone says, Target occasionally carries cute things.

It's rough with that price range, but that's all I can think of. >.< Maybe Marshall's if you have one.
