You could try maybe a store for skiing/snowboarding.

mm... i think they are just your basic puffy vest Oo;

it might be harder to find one these days cuz its starting to get warmer and as a general rule retail stores start selling spring/summer clothes.

i would try like a sports store [ one that perhaps has snowboarding attire ] they would have warmer things.

...maybe Zebra Club? [ have you heard of that? ]
