Welcome to Gaia! ::

What I think you SHOULD do is mix a sort of punk look with more classy, wearable things. I know you said you like bell sleeves and cloaks, but those aren't the most everyday looks to incorporate into your outfit. Also, not to be mean, but they'll make you look a bit like you're trying too hard. sweatdrop And the baggy Tripp pants aren't exactly the most feminine thing to wear.

So my suggestion is, start wearing one or two really unique pieces with basic things like jeans, pencil skirts (which I think would look GREAT on you), cute flats, leggings, etc etc. Like a long, Vivienne Westwood-ish chain necklace with something everday like a long top and leggings, or a studded belt and wrist cuff with a cute t-shirt, jeans, and heels (flats if you want more casual).

Oh, it isn't mean -- that's why I said "am fond of," not "would wear." It would be silly to go around with cloaks and Tripp pants every day. Like Halloween 24/7, minus the delicious candy. wink

That sounds to be some pretty basic but useful advice, and I think that I will take it. Every little bit helps, and I like the sound of it. Thank you!
