Welll there are really only two sizes: Kids and Adults. However, the Adult size fits people up to and maybe a but taller than 6'1, and as low as...well... 4' whatever inches. (I myself am five foot one. razz )

As a clothing item - SCARY. You'd look like a freaky mascot. I've always hated mascot/animal costumes.
Wearing a huge bag doesn't seem comfortable to mee.

I'd use them as sleeping bags, though. That would be cute.
