I think they'd taste semi-bitter with a internal texture like runny jelly. The external texture would be kind of like semi hard jello, but not totally solid. Not bitter enough to turn one away of course. Like if you were to bite into a plum that tasted like a mix between olives and dark chocolate. It would leave a bitter-sour aftertaste, and your breath would smell kind of spoiled fruit. I'd imagine
